Claire Dolesny is the Principal Solicitor of Robinson & Robinson. Admitted as a solicitor in 2014, she has extensive experience across Queensland and New South Wales in property law, commercial transactions, and wills and estates.
Claire founded DB & Co Legal in 2025, helping to build a modern, client-focused practice known for providing practical and commercially focused legal advice. Following the merger of DB & Co Legal with Robinson & Robinson, Claire became Principal Solicitor of the merged firm, combining a fresh and innovative approach with Robinson & Robinson’s long-standing reputation for trusted legal services.
Ed Fawkes
Ed Fawkes is a solicitor with decades of legal experience. Admitted in Queensland in 1992, Ed previously practised in the United Kingdom before establishing a long and respected career in Australia.
Ed advises clients across a broad range of legal matters and is recognised for his strong connections with the French-speaking community. He is endorsed by the French Consulate to provide legal assistance to French-speaking citizens and regularly acts for clients from France, New Caledonia, and throughout the French Polynesian region. His international experience and multilingual client base enable him to provide practical, culturally informed legal advice to both local and overseas clients.
Sara Warner
Sara Warner was admitted as a solicitor in 2024 and began her legal career practising in the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales. She has experience in compliance, regulatory matters, and estate law, developing a strong foundation in providing practical and client-focused legal advice.
Sara relocated to Queensland in 2026 and joined the Robinson & Robinson team, where she has quickly become a valued member of the firm. Her attention to detail, professional approach, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients make her an important asset to the practice.
Rachel Flynn
Rachel Flynn has been a valued member of the Robinson & Robinson team since 2014. With extensive experience in conveyancing, Rachel has assisted countless clients with residential, commercial, and property-related transactions over the years.
As a member of the firm’s conveyancing team, Rachel is known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to client service. Her knowledge and experience make her an integral part of the practice and the backbone of Robinson & Robinson’s conveyancing operations.
Lauren Hill
Lauren Hill has been a valued member of the Robinson & Robinson team since 2006. With nearly two decades of experience supporting the firm’s legal practice, Lauren provides a broad range of legal administrative and legal support services.
Lauren works closely with Ed Fawkes, providing dedicated support on his matters and helping to ensure that complex files are managed smoothly and efficiently. Her extensive knowledge of the firm’s processes, attention to detail, and commitment to client service make her an integral part of the Robinson & Robinson team.
Amazon Barclay
Amazon Barclay has been working in law firms since 2023, providing legal and administrative support across a range of practice areas.
She joined Robinson & Robinson in 2026 and has since played an important role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations, including client services and marketing assistance. Her work contributes to the efficient running of the practice and the delivery of a consistently high standard of client care.
Maxine Robinson
Maxine has been an integral member of Robinson & Robinson since 2006. She is the firm’s Trust Account Manager, overseeing the firm’s Trust Account transactions and managing the firm’s Compliance obligations.
She holds a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University and is working towards completing her Bachelor of Laws. She is also the firm’s appointed AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing) Officer, ensuring the firm maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards.
